I keep looking for a good price on one on ebay, but every time one comes up for a price I like, I can't spend money. I have an Aria and Philosopher's Tone and love both of them.

Pretty sure my buddy who owns the pedal is offing his. If you wants I can put you in touch with him to discuss getting your hands on his?

Hmmm, yeah, maybe. Any idea what he wants for it?

PM me and we'll start sorting details. I'll put you two in contact with each other.

I started playing the body because of the posts about them and my girlfriend walked in and asked what the hell I was listening to. She said it sounded like Lemongrab from adventure time singing. The body just got a lot better.

Here's a few better shots of the SG and, no, I didn't bother to clean it up because I'm fucking lazy. It's in great shape- there's some dings on the headstock that I think will show up in the pics, other than that, a little belt rash on the back.

Get the SG!!! Mine is still my favorite guitar.

I might catch some shit here from the rest of the doomroomers, but it's nice to play a guitar that doesn't kill your back/shoulder.

Well I have the monson which is just absolutely killer but I've been GAS'n for another SG for a long time (I had an epi Iommi that was sick), even more now that I have the monson. As it's 24.75" scale with an SG shaped neck and gibson binding / inlays. I love my tele / esquire but it's been getting almost no use lately so I'm gonna list it up for sale / trade to raise funds for the SG.

And I feel you on the weight! That's totally why I want an SG and not an LP.

the weight thing was a big factor in my decision to get the SG- I still got the heaviest one I could find, figuring the difference would be in the body and help balance out the neck dive I'd experienced in the past. I think this one is 7.4 lbs or something close to that- light enough to be more comfortable than my LPs, but still substantial enough to feel like a 'real' guitar
