Hello everyone.
My band, Nights, is in the process of.......slllloowwwllyy....creating an EP. I just slaved over a mix for two days and this is what I came up with. Plleeeassee check it out so my 50+ hours of tracking, mixing and mastering won't go in vein.

Constructive criticism is encouraged. I already have few tweaks for the next mix, but I'd like to see if anyone has some suggestions for it. I won't give away mine yet, I don't want to influence anyone's ears.
P.S.
There's mellowtone and dwarfcraft all over this track!

My only suggestion is that you give me your mellowtone, a dd pedals.
It sounds really cool, I wish I had a shoegaze band...

Super-duper, neat-O good work! No really it sounds amazing, excellent production, I can see why it would be tricky to make all the instruments not blur together in music like that but it was done very well. Second song reminds me of Day Dream Nation-era Sonic Youth.

That's like the highest of high compliments. Daydream Nation is in my top 10 of all time. Thank you. I always thought the second song sounded like Dinosaur Jr (at least before the bridge) and my bassist likened it to Silversun Pickups.

hmm now that you mention it I see the Silversun Pickups thing. It's like Silversun Pickups times Sonic Youth
