Oh my gawd, Talons!

So yesterday, I went down to Empire Guitars, my local shop, and found that they had Talons in stock. Luckily, I happened to wander in with some stuff for trade anyhow. (CONVENIENT) And I brought by Jazz Bass... again, CONVENIENT.

So, yeah. Wow. Talons was just amazing from the word go, with everything at noon. I loved it so much, I used it last night on a gig with a shared backline. It kicked major amounts of ass, with only minor tweaking to account for the funktastic bass amp.

So for any of my low-ended brethren wondering if Talons sounds good on bass, the answer is "OH HELL YEAH!"

totally agree with ya jrmy! a buddy of mine scored a talons a couple weeks ago. he let me borrow it for a practice this week and from my experience with guitar it kicks ass! the presence knob is great feature, it really helped my mustang cut threw! the past month i've been gas'n for a monarch but now the talons is gonna be my next pedal purchase.

Awesome! Yeah, it's totally worth it - between the presence and the 3-band EQ, the Talons is ridonkulously flexible.
