Can anyone identify this guitar?

I've seen a few people using this guitar but I can't find anything about it. Can you help?

They're not that thick on the earth, but they're kind of an odd duck so they can come up used and for not very close to the new price. Serious resophonic/Dobro players go more traditional, and it's just a side thing for most electric players or singer-songwriter types, so they get shed at some point. Not for being bad guitars at all, though. Too many guitarists are just violently driven by pure forms and have no appreciation for the odd duck-billed platypus.
