Fortunately I have a friend who is a tow truck driver and jeep enthusiast who is coming out with me to check it out.

I'm just confused on how they want to get paid. My parents are buying me the car as a graduation gift, so they were either going to give me a blank check or a certified check, but the latter would involve me making a second trip down there on Saturday (it's like a 40 minute drive, hour in bad traffic).

Yeah dude. I've been looking on and off since I graduated. I have a job now, but not in my field of graphic design.

I applied to those jobs last week because at my current job we were pretty much told that if our new schedule doesn't work as far as productivity, we might be on our own here soon, which put a candle under my butt to actually get a job in my field.

I actually just got off the phone with the person who contacted me about the position, I set up an interview for next Friday to present my portfolio. I'm going to put together a website this week to showcase those skills, because it's a web and print based position and I don't have any web in my portfolio.
