Hey man, things are things. Mostly good! Wife and I are adopting kids, band has a new drummer, work remains busy/good.

Sold a bunch of pedals, but added a full SVT rig. :joy: Still a little sad about Agalloch breaking up. How are you? How is ILF?!

4x10 at a local shop, thinking about dumping all my other combos for it
Highly recommended guys. I'll have to get some pics of the 410 and bass heads my buddy has. What are they asking for that 4x10 in the shop? All three of these orange stripes we've got were had for under $200.

Cheers

Did this friday's gig with it, I missed my small mesa 1x15 after playing for 4 hours in this fucking heat and having to load that 18 back in the van… sounded good though :thumb:

Low wattage test drive. So far it's kinda rad:

This is what I'm playing bass through these days. Gallien-Krueger 700RB-II and a Fender Rumble 410 V2.

As a budget-restricted bass player owner, I've been thinking about this same setup as I'm looking to upgrade out of combo practice amp territory. How do you like?
This is a very impressive collection of Roto Toms. That's 21 Roto Toms in all. That is only $33.00 a Roto Tom.

can't go wrong with an rb series gk head. any affordable 4x10 or bigger and you're set. single 15s and 2x15s arent as loud as you'd think.

I've only had it for about a month, but I like it. I used to use a 200w 115 combo that would get buried in the mix depending on what amps the guitarists were playing. This cab is 4 ohms, so I'm able to run the amp with enough headroom to handle whatever the guitarists in my band throw out in reasonably loud situations. I don't really DOOM so, i'm not sure if a 410 would work for that, but this amp with an 810 or 215 might.

Both. It's new and it is the interface thing but instead of it just being an interface they built in a 1 watt power amp.
Sounds pretty fantastic all around. It's got three modes - clean, deliverance and pitbull. The Deliverance clean in particular reminds me of an old Hiwatt.
It dirties up really well too and has a pretty vast amount of gain on tap. As of now I don't want to give it back.

Just picked up this guy off of Jon from Conan. Original 70's innards but a new faceplate and shell. Sadly the practice room is getting new windows and some other work done so I haven't had a chance to properly test it out, but it should sound massive slaved to my Mother.
