I bought an Avalanche Run today, and now I feel like my delay needs are fulfilled, and my life is complete.

Finally got my car fixed and am not totally broke because of it.

Mowed the lawn today. Turned around to see by nearly 15 year-old hound girl rolling on her back in a freshly mown patch with vigor and a huge grin on her face. She's doing really well lately, and I love seeing her enjoy herself like that.

Someone likes me enough to drive 650 miles with me on a holiday weekend

Company is shutting down my department effective November 30 which gives me an excuse and plenty of time to find some exciting new opportunity somewhere far away (not that I don't like Milwaukee). Between that and band ending and just general feelings of being in a rut/detachment, it's all very serendipitous.

I have settled into Philadelphia enough that I have wifi access in most of my of my regular places to be. This feels successful somehow.

Started to write a new track yesterday, and it's the most fucking pumped i've been on a new song in a while. Another painting job tomorrow.

Finalized arrangements to begin construction of a studio in my backyard. My own space to be loud, record, and practice with bands. Its a dream I've had since I was young and its finally becoming a reality.

Also seeing Flying Lotus and he rest of the Brainfeeder crew next week.
