Time to study and plan and all that shit. SOOOO EXCITED :!!!:

Send me a PM if you need info about specific things, I might be able to help a bit (or not, depending on the questions :animal: ).

Cool gear stores to hit up would be cool to know. I imagine I'm going to be hanging out with a ton of friends though so I should be good (hopefully). Definitely going to scour music shops for japanese bands I've been looking for and going to a ton of shows.

It seems that my kitty kitten has fought his way through her digestive problems. For a while she wouldn't hold food. She'd just puke it all. She used to be fatso and became super super lanky. Worryingly so.

But I realized today that she hasn't puked in a really long while and that she's gaining some weight back. Looks like that after 11 years of being rad, she still has a few left :)

Hooray for keeping four-legged long-term companions going!

I saw Low last night in Toronto and they were unbelievably good. I was right up against the stage and so close to Alan I could've reached out and touched his pedals. Perfect view of him, Mimi and Steve, perfect sound (Alan was using his fender tweed deluxes and playing one of his danelectro convertibles, and at one point screamed a verse through the lipstick pickup), heavenly harmonies. The old songs were terrific but the new songs were kickass too. If they're coming your way soon, I'd definitely recommend going.

Stopped smoking last week after going through a pack a day for the last 6 years or so. Got past the "this blows, I want nicotine and don't know what to do with my hands!" stage, and now I just want to eat everything and sleep on any upholstered object I come in contact with. Seriously. I only want to eat and sleep. It sucks, but its so good.

Good for you dude. It only gets easier.

I relapsed a little bit -- back to smoking my hookah a couple times a week, but I haven't been going hard in the paint like I had been and I definitely feel way better.

Dad went in for surgery yesterday, and they were able to take out the tumor in his stomach and the margins were clean as well. Still has the majority of his stomach too. Depending on the lab results I'll see if they actually took all of the cancer out. Either way, such a huge burden lifted from me.

I just played an improv set on my modular and iPad that went really well. It was at the Digital Worlds theatre at the University of Florida and there were amazing visuals, the other artist were great and the theatre was full. So stoked to have been asked to play.

I will post a video in "Let's See Your Music Video" thread when I get a copy. :!!!:
