Bill Bailey was awesome, seen him live maybe 4 times now and always performed amazingly great. Now i'm drinking the last few Ballast Point - 'Victory At Sea' bottles that I have. Good vibes all round.

I feel like I'm finally homing in on my own tone. I played a little recording for a couple people with good results. one guy told me he had never heard a bass sound like mine before, and he seemed to mean it in a positive way. Felt pretty good and really made me realize I need to play somewhere outside my house. I was playing with a couple guys a few months ago but it was an hour away and I just couldn't afford the drive. I was feeling down about the lost opportunity but now I'm more motivated than ever. And I know 4 different drummers that would possibly be interested in playing. So time to get out there and get weird.

You should try to get a job at a restaurant. Maybe bussing tables to start. Or washing dishes. It isn't awful work and it pays for the GAS. Every restaurant ive worked in has guys your age bussing tables.

I should just start looking for a job in general, I haven't been looking. I applied to my favorite record store when they were hiring but didn't hear back unfortunately. I'll probably look around.

I BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!
We get possession November 14th, so the next few weeks are going to be hectic as fuck. This has been quite possibly the most stressful, terrifying thing I've ever done, but we're just so excited to have our own house. Fuck renting shitty basement suites, can't wait to give my asshole landlord notice.

I hate dentists. I'm convinced they all train at the Gulag. Hence why I haven't been since 1984.

I had an impromptu tooth pulling once, so that was great.
