That would do my fucking head in. Is there a lot of road rage in L.A?
Haha, I guess. The famous case of the dude throwing some lady's dog in road rage about 15 years ago was up in the bay area/san jose. I think LA people kind of accept it. There are certain areas you just don't go to at certain times. I know when I first moved here, I got all angry and confrontational when people would act like a-holes driving, but I got followed twice by groups of people and I stopped that. Two dudes pulled knives on me in the middle of Sunset in Los Felix. I grabbed my hammer (I was a plumber at the time) and was ready but they got scared by traffic or something. I'm from the country part of California and I had to learn it ain't worth it.
My wife used to work around Analogue Haven's location it would take her 15 minutes to get to work and around 1 hour to 1 and a half to get home but she knew short cuts. When Obama was here once it took 3 hours. She works 40 miles in the other direction now and the commute is about 50 min each way. Where UCLA is (Westwood) is the worst though.
We hit a wreck and traffic going 7 miles to downtown once on the freeway, couldn't exit and we were stuck for 2.5 hours. The bus though...talk about waiting 2 hours for the next one and then taking the 1.5 hour trip 13 mile in moderate traffic. That's the worst.
Speaking of cars, I'm kinda gassin' for an old El Camino.
And in great news....incoming from Japan: MASF Possessed, JMT Noisy Mic and preamp, Boss PS-2, and MASF OSC03.

I'll just run by there at off hours. No big deal.
