Hell yes. I still have yet to order my first CT5...and RM-1N
And I've yet to try an og OD250. So jelly atm.
I haven't bought any pedals yet this year...my focus veered off elsewhere.
GAS was really building for a Cali76 compressor back in Jan. I even tried to buy excane's but it's apparently THAT good and now a cornerstone of his primary bass setup. Totally understand and I'm glad he didn't go for the offer.
So I'm back to researching and seeing my real preference, the flagship model (of course

) fetches upwards of $700 new. But it's limited and already sold out everywhere, and they aren't popping up. I start reevaluating options and goals. My mic pres already have Lundahl transformers and I want something
different, especially for use beyond pedalboards. I want
dat colored tone. So I shopped around for about 5 weeks and wound up springing for a real UA classic 1176ln...secondhand...for *only* 200 more than the pedal, which is limited to 15dB of gain; while the real thing has 45dB and significantly better headroom, colorful transformers on both ends and special features like the ability to bypass the compression/Attack and just slam the amp. Also the "all-button" mode which creates a unique variable bias overdrive. I want dat.
