Looking great!
Is that purple headstock at all inspired by the early Guild s-50 headstock? (Which bears a striking resemblence to the original headstock on the Bigsby Merle Travis guitar)

Yeah Anthony has a guild with that headstock so that's what it's shaped off, I just requested a little accent a la fender starcaster, it's my favourite headstock style for sure. Maybe a little less practical than your standard fender with the high E tuner being less easy to use and the length of it but it makes it up tenfold in sheer coolness.Nelson Instruments wrote:Looking great!

^ Thanks, man. Really looking forward to some aluminium klang.
I really love the headstock on your Custohm and hadn't picked the Guild influence. Is it a little longer than the Guild? Or maybe the Starcaster accent on the bottom makes it look that way. There's something Firebird-ish about it, too, which I really dig:

Whereas mine's going to look like a fucking Cobra

What's the pricing on dem pups? That stuff is great. Love the split/stacked section. 4/2 split pup with 4 conductors would be great for my bass signal.

Not posted on the Harvester site yet, but this 12-string baritone is completely insane in the best possible way. Vintage Teisco goldfoil, too:

Progress on my Cobra, too: bridge crossed, ready for action.

Thst's because they are both men of style and base their guitars off awesome rarities like the old Rickenbacker "Tulip" shape.ChetMagongalo wrote:looks kind of like a Nelson body shape!
