Oh, check this site:
elderlyinstruments.com
& type in musical saw.
You will find the Blacklock models. I have the 26, 30, & 36 inch blades, plus a Sandivikers Stradivarius.
I do have some sounds of the saw here:

Hi all, been lurking a while and tried to register a few times but AOL obviously doesn't like da fuzz. Internet exploder didn't have a problem tho so here i am.
Found this site while schematic hunting for things to destroy audio with, not bought anything yet from hosts but considering persuading the kids to skim the xmas list so daddy can have something beautiful and disastrous(fuck all chance of that happening but miracles might happen)
Play guitar, bass, machinedrum, fuck around with komputers a bit and my only hardware synth,it's an old uncooooool preset analogue orchestra2 synth, sounds lush tho in a Boards Of Canada kind of way.
Also built a Weird Sound Generator a while back.luv the dronez
I'm into all sorts of music from Electronic to the indie fuzzy rock variety(my first born son's middle name is Jay, he's 5 and likes Dinosaurs too)
s'all fo'now see you round.
regards

The name is Glen and I play many different instruments. From an electric perspective, I mainly spend my time on 2 JPbasses guitars.
I fell in love with my RRR a while ago, I followed the trail all the way back here. As simple as that.

Hey! You're that guy who drew that awesome thing for the Tonefactor contest, right?
You've gotta be a professional.
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?

I take that as a compliment!... But I'm not. Just another medium to express some ideas; sometime it's a musical instrument, some other time it's a paint brush or Illustrator. As long as it sounds good/looks good, I'm happy.

Electric saws. My main instruments of musical mayhem. Run through pedals. LOTS OF PEDALS. Which brought me here.

are you playing electric band saws??? i cant think of any other saw that could be 26-36 feet long...

I hope I didn't come off as a rambling crazy old man. I've been checking this site as a guest for several months before deciding to register, because I communicate better verbally than by typing, and I'm not very computer savvy. I was admittedly nervous (and heavily weededed) before entering my first post. But I must say, this forum is far, FAR better than some of the other forums I've checked out. Informative, educational, smart-alecky and absolutely funny as hell. You guys rule!
(An aside: If any of you out there decide to visit San Francisco, come see me at the Zeitgeist bar & grill, mostly nights. ILF members will get the food hook-up. I'm the TBM, kinda hard to miss)
By the way, what dual pedal did you get? That one pictured is icy cool!

Hey, I'm henry, thought i would introduce myself here.. usually reside on another small guitar forum but this forum looked awesome, so thought i would stop by!
I play shoegaze/post rock and play a jazzmaster throught a load of pedals into a champion 600 (looking for something bigger)
hopefully I'll be on here every other day or so XD
EDIT
full rig =
Fender jazzmaster >alesis nanoverb > behringer dd400 (awesoms oscillations) > mxr phase 90>ibanez ts9> ehx russian muff > small clone
currently gasing for shoegazer and an ehx electric mistress or boss bf-2

Hai. I'm Gus. I love fuzz and reverb. Bit of a shoegazer. Pedal addict with uncontrollable GAS.
Current fuzz: Will Sledge The Judge 5KF, EHX Big Muff Pi W/ TW, EHX Double Muff, and for distortion a MIJ Boss HM2. I currently have serious GAS for a Devi Mangler amongst other things...
Rig looks like this, some noob shit, some nice shit.
Tanglewood SG copy > Digitech XP400 Reverberator > Will Sledge Judge > Dunlop GCB95 > Big Muff > HM2 > EHX Russian Bass Balls > Double Muff > Dano FAB Echo > Fender Blues Deluxe
And I know him ^:picard:

Thanks for the welcome and the grief.

Hi, I'm Andrew, and I like to make noise.
I like to use my guitars to make the noises I like to make.
I mostly use a Telecaster with a humbucker sized P90 at the neck.
That Telecaster makes me happy.
It makes me happy through a crummy old Marshall solid state amp and 4 X 12 cab, with a pile of effects being put through the loop.
I like that Marshall because it sounds kinda crummy when it's on the "Overdrive" channel...really crummy.
I also like the the clean channel is actually pretty damn clean.
From what I've read, I like this place because the consensus seems to be mixing aural textures into something YOU like, not chasing some ill-defined "tone" everybody else likes.
I think you're all pretty rad
(Don't worry, this won't be the format for any of my other posts

Re: = Introduce Yourself =
Hi folks...my name is Mark and I like music...playing, listening, creating.
Since I stopped lurking today, I might as well make a formal hello, hello...
I've been playing guitar for about a year, but learning about and collecting guitar equipment for a little bit longer (yeah, I'm that guy).
I'm getting better, but I still suck. But I revel in the suck, it's all good. I do love me some fuzz though, which is what led me here.
I play a Martin D-16GT acoustic most of the time (better for the learnins). But for fun (and to ease up on the fingers) I play one of three electrics (Danelectro DC-3 RI, '93 Hamer Studio, or a 1964 Harmony H78) into a Egnater Rebel 20 (or an Ampeg Reverberocket R12R), utilizing the following pedals
Turbo Tuner
EQD Dirt Transmitter
Boss DD-5
EQD Disaster Transport
EQD Ghost Echo
Yeah, I like the earthquaker stuff...but my gear acquisition sickness will have me adding a boost, some high gain dirt, some smoother fuzz, and some lower gain dirt before too long (high gain is on the way in the form of the Wampler Triple Wreck). Recommendations are always welcome
Well, that's it for now. I'll go back to lurking.

i live in the mid-mid-west and try to make music as much as possible. i got in to the byoc kits for a little bit but, now can't really seem to find the time for them.
i mostly play a jap jaguar from the 90s or an old silvertone stiletto but my FUCKING RAPEMASTER XTREME is the sunn 1200s running through a matching 6x12 sunn cab. i'm also not very good at guitar

would like some more devi fuzz
want an ab-synth
