Well this is all kinds of dope

I like it, too. Every time I think I'm going to sell/trade it I pull it out and remember how useful it is. I was running my drone commander into it on reverse and it made a pseudo-subtle-sample&hold type thing happen. T'was awesome.

You've never played a vintage champ? That's my go to amp for recording. With some studio magic..mic on the spkr and another at a distance this amp can sound HUGE. Its only about 5 watts, its treble is remarkable, like all the blackface era. Breaks up like a...champ. On its own and dimed, its probably one of the greatest sounds you'll ever hear. It's some buttery smooth/aggressive distortion. Chances are you probably have heard it as it was a popular recording amp back in the day by guys like Page and Perry etc. Just classic. So it's still used today for the same reasons. Handles effects really well but will start to fart out with serious low end sweep effects. This one is all original, I've got another that I've swapped the speaker for a weber to have another tone. Gets decently loud for 5 watts. When ever I record guitar I almost always go with my low watt tube amps, under 20 watts....just depends.
I just had to be careful with those two oscillating pedals.
I've played very little in terms of amps and shit, definitely my greatest inexperience with guitar/bass gear. I've always wanted to spend more on pedals

Me too . For a foundation, having a great sounding clean tone with headroom is important to me, along with a great overdriven tube tone. Guitar with overdriven power tubes can make it easy to forget about pedals...until you plug in some cool pedals that is:lol:

Dude I LOVE this. Bet it sounds completely incredible.
I'm really digging that crazy delay and tri-phaser, a LOT. Also finding some nice mixture between vintage fuzz and modern oscillating/gated/starve fuzz. Good times
Trying to fit everything on this blasted board with this blasted delaylab and blasted Muff is more of a challenge than I thought.... I'm trying to keep all the ones on the board, add the phaser and the brassmaster (the red one) and I have MAH DIRGE coming within the next month or so that I need to think about too.... and I don't want to put the cathedral sideways even though that makes the most sense..... and I want the delaylab at the bottom near my feet for easy access...... I think I need a few longer cables to make this work..... I started mixing stuff around last night and by the time I was supposed to start dinner I had made no progress.....
I go between home and a jam space a lot so anything that doesn't fit, gets left behind.... oh these are truly first world problems.....
DE7 is a cool thing, but the Rat, Muff and Trinity are (no pun intended) my perfect trifecta to get massive fucking sounds. Rat and Muff stay mostly completely cranked at all times, and the reverb blasts it off into the stratosphere.
