The Purple Shit came from years of hating on things and stuff that didn't matter so I figured that if I could surround myself in Purple it would ease the tension... So far it's worked, and I like people to question my Purple Pedlols cause when I turn them on they sure as hell shut up...

I had a Fuck for quite a while last year, but then decided to let it go because I was over my 10 pedal limit. Now I have a space, and am looking for something that can do a solid overdrive (which the Fuck does), but then also do some neat 60s fuzztones. I'm talking like the Beatles "Revolver" kinda fuzz tones. I see that the Mini has the bias knob and a bass roll-off, correct?

Any of you dorks really into the Beatles and have a Mini and could tell me if I could get lovely overdrive AND some prickly 60s fuzz sounds as well? I'm not into "fuzz" pedals for 60s fuzz... I like to fuck around with overdrives like what would have been used overdriving a Vox amp or the preamps in their recording consoles.

The mini does this. You can get some chewy fuzzy sounds. When I got it, I definitely was able to get some Fuzztone sounds out of it. The bass knob add and reduces bass.

The mini totally does that stuff, you can get some really sick fuzz tones with thw bias rolled back.

After have 3 Fucks and 1 Mini.

I sold the Mini, and kept my Arctic-finished Fuck. It sounded the best.

BTW, It sounds better than 21 or so other overdrives I've been through.

Got a fuck in a (maybe temp) trade for the mini, and I dunno if it's the way I had the mini set but it really sounds different. Not better or worse or no sound I could get close to with the mini, just a bit different. Shame I couldn't have them side by side (guess I gotta buy one of each lol).

It's cool having all the control on the mini but it's ALSO cool having the only controls I care about on the fuck being volume and gain. And the crackle is fun! They really are different pedals.

Yeah I agree they sound pretty different
