No, it's roots are similar to the Electra distortion. There is an amp hammer III in the works too...

This Speaker Cranker sounds all kinds of awesome...but does it function as a boost or a distortion? I guess I'm asking if it stays line level but adds grit, or will it overload my looper & DMM?
