I'm going to ask everyone's advice on heavy bands that sound just like Sunn O))), but nobody will ever mention Thorr's Hammer.

Okay so that last one is REALLY specific, but that thread always bugged me. Even though I listen to 90% of the bands discussed therein. Actually only the title bugs me. And lack of mention of Thorr's Hammer. As I said, a very specific and minute complaint. Fuck the first three examples though. Fuck them hard and deep.

What you mean the big muff pi club? I enjoyed disrupting the thread with boris vinyl talk and I tried a few times to get them off the BMP.... didn't work.... The original point of it was to talk about octaver>dirt combos...

Did that finally get shut down? Weak. I mean okay, the concept was lame, but there was a lot of heavy music discussion in there, and then of course 666 drug references, and I can only support those kind of things. However, the basis of it being stupid combined with the complete lack of Thorr's Hammer left me unable to participate. I mean are we talking about heavy music or are we just dicking about? DOOM = SERIOUS BUSINESS

Fun fact: I never actually read that thread.

Edit: The thread is still open, and because of it I found out that Electric Wizard has a new album coming out in 2 weeks. I take it all back PUDSUCKING T0N3Z0RZ, please forgive me!
