MATRISE - Matrix Mixer

I was wondering if you could help. I have my Matrise setup, guitar in, amp out, and three pedals set up.

It works fine, but when I power up for the first time, there is a loud steady noise from my amp. I noticed that pulling out the barrel for the power supply for Matrise, then reinserting it makes it stop. After that, pedal behaves as normal.

I am supplying 9v DV 100mA to Matrise via Cioks power supply.

Just wanted to say: thank you for your awesome customer service!
Sunday evening at 22.00 I happily checked out (after some error messages, server must have been very busy) with a Matrise.
Very soon after checkout I already received a mail by DHL about shipping. Today, on Tuesday, the Matrise arrived at my home in Germany.
So happy about getting a Matrise, now my fourth Pladask pedal on the board.

Depends on the country but in general VAT in EU is around 20-25%. On top of that you'd probably need to pay customs fees (that are considerably less). Exact VAT percentages can be found here:
