I hate this bass but that's beside the point... I read this guy's bio on his store. So he has cancer, which is no joke and I'm sorry about that... but it also says there that he went to Harvard, is a retired businessman and has collected not only guitars and basses, but also motorcycles, hot rods and trucks. Is healthcare really that absurdly expensive in the US that even a guy like this has to sell basically all his possessions to afford cancer treatments? If that's true that is beyond fucked up. I couldn't afford any of this (but I reeeeally like that Rickenbacker 360) but at least if I get cancer my treatment will be free.
