Been tinkering with this a bit lately, keep being frustrated by how unbelievably loud the thing is. Like I have the volume pot barely nudged up and it's clipping my monitors. Anybody else experiencing that?

Loudness was something that was intentional after all the flack the original outward got for volume drop. You can and should be able to get unity at about 9, anything above that is useful for when you are mixing in dry signal.

If it’s a dealbreaker for you I could easily swap out the pot value, but I feel that you would sacrifice the usefulness of the mix control.

I finally had time to plug my v2 in and the volume is LOUD. even with the mix set to dry it's much louder than when the pedal is bypassed. the volume knob is only for the wet signal and the knob taper is super sensitive. even with the knob at 7 o'clock my volume is far too loud. I had the exact opposite problem with the v1 and Gen Loss. Are there internal trim pots? please advise as there is no way I can use the pedal as-is.

Imo - a pot for dry and a pot for wet (ala Drolo) would have been far more useful

Just curious if anyone has had any issues with the switches? This is the only pedal I have ever had where it seems the switch sometimes makes contact and other times does not and I am wondering if it's the footswitches that were used or if perhaps it's just a flaw in my pedal?

Really surprised to hear this co plaint about the volume. I will try and think of a way to resolve this but I had assumed that the dry needed a boost at the mix minimum in order to keep it at unity with the mix control somewhere in the middle. I suppose separate dry wet would have been wise but this complaints weren’t voiced by any of the testers. Let me see what I can think of.

Why don’t you shoot me an email, tom@cooperfx.com. The switches shouldn’t be acting up like that.

Thanks Tom. Let me know what can be done. I would really like to give this pedal a shot. It has some really cool potential.

Noticed that these seem to have been sent to dealers as there are a bunch being sold without markups. Was the volume issue ever addressed?

I just got my preorder in last week and can confirm that the volume issues have been resolved. It's a very fun pedal.

Yeah that's the version that I got. I haven't noticed any volume issues like the V1 had. I have the wet at around 2-3 o'clock and the dry around the same and it blends in pretty well with the rest of my board as far as volume goes.
