12-13 minutes of mostly Portal 2 gameplay
spoiler-ish, as it shows some of the story stuff and the new gameplay
but watching it was so fucking worth it

Some of those levels in Portal2 look pretty :wha?:. The 1st game was amazing... especially for the simplistic/interesting storyline. The story idea for this one seems extremely interesting too. I just want this to be made into a movie! The scripts for these two games are already rather witty.

Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands:

Fun level design, the water freezing element is a nice touch and provies a tricky new platforming element. The levels are never very hard, but they never feel quite easy either.
Combat (and movement to an extent) is a bit clunky. I never feel as nimble as the prince appears to be.
The entire game takes place in this same palace sorta structure so that was kinda silly/boring as far as visuals go.

Did you love the game stopping autosave glitch in PoP Warrior Within? Well ubisoft made sure to bring it back!
Towards the end of the game there is a certain level where if you die, you will respawn in a corridor with swinging axes and no exit.

Apparently there is a secret "fail safe" file that updates itself sparsely during the game (every time you get a new "magic" ability or weapon, which is maybe 5 times the whole game) that can be loaded...dunno why they didn't just allow manual saves on top of the autosave feature :idk:

Good thing most people liked the art-style in it. Could have been like Lost: Via Domus. :p

Fuck yeah, nostalgia time. This game needs a re-release. I miss my giant, clear Gameboy.

Yeah, but Ocarina of Time is also CONFIRMED to be remade on the 3DS, and they're gonna try to make the Water Temple not as shitty as it was on the N64.

Now, if it turned out that they would make a 3DS version of the Mother series, that would probably be the best surprise Nintendo could unveil either next year or the year after. While that dream will never become reality (as in 99.99% never gonna happen), it would be pretty awesome to see a mock-up.

:joy: I'm playing OoT on my Gamecube right now!

That's good to hear about the Water Temple. I hate that damn temple.

In forgotten sands I dunno if it was more from a design stand point, but I just kinda wished you actually left the palace at some point. But the palace did look beautiful :thumb:

I'm excited about the 3ds star fox 64 remake...I love on-rails shooters
