He's also got a Hinds Flying V EGC up there as well. Damned if I don't want it. Although H's Lucite Loog is heavy enough, I can't imagine a full size guitar.

Ah, I remember now why I made a resolution not to look at most of the forum.

Acrylic bothers me in some psuedo-Freudian nightmare scenario where I am playing guitar naked and somehow my mom is in the audience, but she is really into my drummer, so I have to kill him with my metal neck guitar. Or something. I dunno. Hide yer dick, bros!

Re: Electrical Guitar Company Guitars
The lucite EGC V's aren't that heavy, maybe Les Paul custom range. I don't weigh my guitars but even my double neck is tolerable for awhile but it's not for everyone.

Re: Electrical Guitar Company Guitars
Just took my EGC to the shop to get the frets leveled and the rest of the stuff cleaned, fixed and setup. It's a great guitar but the abuse I put on it my short time of owning it was apparent . It started rattling all over the place haha. Either way I cant wait to get the baby back, it's such an amazing guitar. Gets people who see it drooling (not always a good thing for sure though)

Have you owned a bean before Skully? Will be good to have a comprehensive comparison between Beans and EGCs

Nah, never had a Bean. I've rotated through EGC's but never a full-on Bean.
