Mr Earthquaker himself has given us this little tidbit of the new Disaster Transport. Anyone else pumped?
I hope we get more info soon! (Especially with regard to the OG and Sr models mentioned on the site)

I DON'T need a new delay, and I still want this. Dammit. Anybody know if this is the new take on the OG or if so, what the Sr. will have as extra?

It's the new version of the original. I changed the modulation to make it more manageable (to build and to use), added a tone control that lets you filter it how you please (it also doubles as a noise filter on longer times by rolling it all the way down), made it a little more tape like with stronger and near infinite repeats before it goes into oscillation and put it in a more pedal board friendly format. The Jr. is the same as this in an "MXR" style enclosure minus the modulation. The Sr. is a ways off and it'll be a limited item when it sees the light of day. There are WAY to many parts in the Sr. to make a production run out of it (at least if we still want to build them by hand).

Ten points to PumpkinPieces.
So I'm cofusden now - there's going to be three new Disaster Transports (Sr, Jr and the one in the photo)?

Any hints on what's in the Sr? I can always use another delay...

Just pretend like I never mentioned the sr. It's almost "done" but the chances of any really seeing the light of day is slim to none. I initially thought about doing it as the only transport but the proto run showed me that it wasn't a realistic idea to produce in larger quantities for a reasonable price. It's a bummer but both of these transports are a handful and a half as-is

A few are trickling out this week to my Canadian and Japanian distributors and the rest will hopefully ship to everyone else by may 28th. I had to push the release date back a little due to an overly busy build schedule.
