I recently sent my beloved Jay Walking pedal to a new home and upon arrival and plug in...the pedal turned on but delay it did not

...as such, I/the new owner would very much like to get the pedal repaired (at my cost      )....the new owner said the he sent an email and also filled out a repair request about a week ago but hasn't heard anything. How can we go about getting this pedal repaired and returned to him? ANY AND ALL guidance is MORE than appreciated.

I wouldn't be surprised if a small-batch pedal made 10 years ago would not be repairable.

never underestimate the magician himself...and yep, thank you Scott! Guy was getting nervous...we'll see what's what. If it can't be repaired then it can't but let's try.

I just heard from "the buyer" and he said he hasn't heard anything, but he has confirmation that you guys got the pedal. He said he reached out and hasn't gotten a reply. Curious where things were left and what is needed to get an update or the working pedal back to him?
