Description jacked from that eBay listing:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Functions
Fuzz: Adjusts amount of Fuzz/saturation/sustain
Level: Adjusts overall output
Tone: Clockwise will give more bass and less treble
Thunder: Switch in "Thunder" position will add some low-end "beefy-ness"

Like any good Fuzz pedal, for the best interplay between your guitar's volume knob and this pedal's ability to "clean-up," place first in line, directly from your guitar's output.

P3 ON: When the switch is in the "on" position (right), the pedal can be powered by the P3 Phantom Power System through the use of a P3 (TRS) cable plugged in to the OUT jack. Note: A P3-equipped amp or PowerStation is required to provide power for the P3 system. When the P3 switch is "off," the pedal can be powered by a battery or standard 9VDC negative-tip power adapter.

P3 THRU: To send P3 power out (power is sent out of the IN jack) to the next P3-equipped pedal. If this is confusing, remember that your guitar signal will travel from right-to-left, and the P3 power travels from left-to-right.

DC IN/OUT JACK: When P3 is "ON," 9VDC power is sent OUT of this jack so that your other standard DC-powered pedals can be REMOTELY POWERED FROM A P3 PEDAL! A wonderful feature allows you to integrate P3 pedals with non-P3 pedals, while making your pedalboard cleaner.

FOOTSWITCH: True Bypass when off

Saw these awhile back and wondered why I never saw one. Some good builders but it seems more focused on their power system.

Let's just say I'm not that happy with the final product, had no idea it was actually out either.
