this one is kind of scary. beyond the appalling finish, he's taken the rather audacious step of installing a Strat tremolo on a 12-string. could be just the thing for quarter-tones.

hahahaha that's pretty funny - shame the finish is so rough and badly applied because I love the colour.
The cutting of the pickguard around the bridge is a nice touch too

lol, how do you even fuck up a finish that bad?
it would actually benefit from a touch of the hatchet or hack saw
also - might be fun to set it up intentionally as a skronk guitar.

Hahaha, damn.
The pin-up and dice knobs I can simply pass off as bad taste, but everything about that headstock is tragic

excellent mod - worth its weight in golden...grahams.
"This pedal produces a distortion that is known from the heavy metal music of the eighties." [stole this from a 2666 documentary on the music technology of the 21st century]
"The distortion is set to 10 so prepare to rock!" [swung from the hips for an AC/DC reference; whiffed]

i almost feel bad to pick on poor old Tobin again, but i just wanted to point out the rather precarious placement of the strap button on the upper horn. that ain't going to hang around for long. it's as though he likes to play at lutherie, but doesn't ever actually play the things he, erm, makes.
oh, fucking hell, i didn't even notice the inside-out jack plate.
