With a Rat and a baritone it sounds like being run over by a bull.

This is the perfect response bc the first thought I always have when I see all of te amps in this thread is "I wonder how it sounds with a Rat and a bari"

Got the Lab Series L4 and matchingen 215 cab yesterday.
The 412 under the Traynor YBA-1 is a Lav Series as well.

I can imagine those Traynors aren't east to come by in Norway, right?
I've got the same amp. Love it to bits, but I'd love it even more if I were able to use in at home, indoors :/
I don't trust attenuators (for good reason, trust me), so I'm thinking about having the amp modded to run at 1/4th of the normal wattage.
You use yours at home at all? :idk: Also, any particular reason it's worth for me to get another Rat to try with the YBA-1? The fizzy top end and lack of real lows always bothered me, at least on my last amp :idk:

No, I don't think there are many of them in Norway. Only seen them for sale 2-3 times in the last couple of years, including when I bought mine.
I don't use it at home, only with the band(rehearsal/studio/live). I rarely use amps at home. I got a Traynor TS-25 I sometimes use if my girlfriend ain't home, but most of the time I just use a Vox Amplug AC30. Works fine, but not as fun as amps.

My Rat is a clone I built. It has the Ruetz-mod and kan switch between "normal" and "turbo".
I also play mostly baritones, the that might help with the low end as well. ;)

Sorry for garbage quality, me and daytime don't get on. It's a pretty loud set-up I guess.

I am in love. I've had it for about a day now and I am having a hard time turning it off.

Stellar setup and photog- love the blue/grey checkerboard btw.

Have always been tempted by the Analog Outiftters Scanner. One of these days...

What's the blue box on top of the hiwatt?

Nice! Bad Cat/Matchless amps dont get much love around here, but I love mine, especially with an aluminum neck guitar.

I am pretty gaga over this thing. cleans are crazy good. it breaks up like a champ and the low end is huge.
