that looks dope, the fuzz on its lonesome is great and i'm interested to hear what it sounds like with the added controls. man you should've hit me up before you picked up an exterminator, would've been down for a trade.

was advised to post a gutshot of a valkyrie to prove i'm not using anyones (diji2t?) tracings but my own from a few years ago so here.

For any diyer`s out there, who wish to build their own PLL, PCB`s will be available for sale over at diystompboxes.com. Look for the «Schumann PLL» thread, and look at the signature of any post by UKToecutter. There are two links there, one for the pre-order sheet (add your name, and quantity of boards desired), and one for the bill of materials.

The PCB`s are very nice, and very clean. Recto verso pictures of the boards are included in the thread. I believe that there will only be 50 boards made, so if you`re interested, better get the lead out.

Final prices including shipping (North America / Rest of World) TBA. All build support, and troubleshooting will be provided by us over at diysb, in that thread.

Cheers,
Dino

Gents
Shumann PLL board reservation is open (see my signature).
I expect boards to be available 2nd or 3rd week in march.

was working/talking to laowiz about doing a version together and releasing a PCB, but it seems like the ship has already sailed - think i'll just do a PLL-inspired offering instead.

i've got a fully-operational prototype PCB here!

Great to hear Brian!

Consider a simple circuit like a fuzz face and how many clones and spin offs there are. Now imagine what a skilled designer can do with this thing. I'm really excited to see where all of this goes, both in terms of straight up clones but more interestingly new interpretations on the ideas in the original.

Mad props also to Dino for his dedication to the sharing of knowledge, and for answering so many keen ILFers questions.

It's interesting that nothing happens in this thread for two and a half years and now it's all BAM! PLLs!!

I must pass a big chunk of those props on to Waterplaces. Afterall, it was he that took the leap of faith in sending me his unit.

Without him, we`d all still be pacing the sidelines. ;) Let`s not forget Kindafuzzy`s contribution as well. Kudos all around.

BTW, I just scored a beautiful Mutron Flanger this week, and I`m being entrusted with a Guild Tri-Oct (polyphonic octave divider) this summer, so my Hen`s Tooth Cafe will be busy this fall and winter!
