Really good talk on the roots and processes of institutional racism, white privilege, cultural denial and a bunch of other related topics. It sums up a lot of points with data and simple explanation that I've been trying to discuss with people a lot lately. It's kind of hard to convince people arguing in a FB reply thread to watch an hour long youtube video of someone talking though, unfortunately.
