that's a bit different from the previous... 5th knob = clean blend addition? are the others the stock controls but with some different names? do i need more coffee?

"quick rundown of the controls:
gain and volume are self explanatory.
starve will get gated and cruddy sounding as you turn it CCW - the most "open" setting is a hair before maximum CW, maybe 4 o'clock.
tone goes from scooped (CCW) to mid-range-y (CW).
high cuts some high end - center is no cut, up is slight cut, down is heavy cut.
clean is a gritty clean blend. it's a tiny bit interactive with the fuzz volume control but not seriously so - you'll figure it out."
