I use lack of gear as an excuse to not writing more music and playing shows. Even though I have lots of nice gear I've gained over the years and more than I need to do something really cool. Maybe i'm just a puss?

I've said the same exact thing. I finaly put together enough gear to do something that will be great, i know it. Recently I've come to this; it's getting into the habit. Like brushing your teeth. If you never brush them, what makes you start? Wanting a nice smile, yeah? Wanting to chew food lol. Tired of paying dental bills or tired of the pain. Like wanting to be a active musician. I make myself play music, even if i dont feel like it. I make myself write songs. Even if it sucks, it's there and I made it. When you finally make something you're proud of, you'll want go out and share it. And you do it over a over, it'll become habitual. After awhile, I started to inspire myself. And lately thing have been flowing. Find your flow, roll with it, and don't break from it. Youre probably not a puss, just in a funk. Maybe this doesn't apply to you but for me, I'm tired of the pain I bring myself from not being active. My only calling in life is music. It's create music or death. There are no other options.

Kate recently cut her hair short, and she tends to wear tanks and jeans. She also likes to wear my shirts with no pants.
