That sounds eminently fixable.

Hot fucking damn!cosmicevan wrote:the mail person cometh a few times this week. And boy oh boy did I outdo myself. Sure, I chipped down the dwarfcraft hunt and I added a nice chunk of incredible new dirt to my life!!!!

sounds as good as it looks! believe the electrofoods hype
pest tattern thanks oldangelmidnight!!!!
and for the dwarfcraft stash...the BEST version of the ECT
this one is more wooly and compressed with the vintage parts but still a smokeshow
...and my new favorite dirt pedal. WOW. she does it all!!!
when dwarfcraft first released this pedal, the first 50 were white and branded devi ever, but in the pedal is the ECT and their superfuzz (necromancer)
What a week!!!
Sweet! Sparkle Motion is one I always wanted to check out, seems like there's a lot of sounds hidden in there. Footswitches go bad and cause all kinds of jank all the time, easy fix.goosekevin wrote:two vintage ilf hits in today - mellowtone wolf computer and smallsound bigsound sparkle motion! (pic removed because it was enormous)
got both for a really reasonable price. sparkle motion sounds so sick boosting up my rickenbacker, particularly going into other dirt pedals. wolf computer is very fun! struggling to understand how to get it to behave how i want it, but it's super fun and making me smile! footswitch in the WC is dying and super tempremental. not sure if i want to tell the person who sold them to me as they were already quite cheap? and it seems to be defnitely just the footswitch

I sold my Access Virus Indigo 2 and added some cash to buy a Meridian aural ii 6 string fretless bass from some guy!![]()
Handmade in Italy, Ash body, maple neck, macassar ebony fretboard, MAMA magnetic pickup + piezo saddles with blender, active and passive mode.
Really looking forward to receiving it! Hopefully everything goes smoothly and I also don't get absolutely anihilated by custom fees.
Pictures are from the meridian facebook page (better angles than the ones from the seller).
I've got a new mac Mini and it smokes.MaxMaps wrote:I don't really have any gas this week - I keep looking at Evan's Dwarfcraft haul and feel the sad that I sold my ECTI would like another dirt pedal that is not so high gain but each time I pick something up .... its high gain.
About to dip my toe in to getting a laptop running with a DAW - I keep going back and forth between a Mac Powerbook ( which seems like every home studio uses) or just a better laptop that's has more storage and battery life.
For the first time I can ever remember, I really don't care if it can play XYZ game - Just give me Diablo 2 and we are good - I am old.
I want to get a UA Arrow Twin but a focus rite should do just fine.
As much as I keep resisting - I am pretty sure at this point I am getting one.goroth wrote:I've got a new mac Mini and it smokes.MaxMaps wrote:I don't really have any gas this week - I keep looking at Evan's Dwarfcraft haul and feel the sad that I sold my ECTI would like another dirt pedal that is not so high gain but each time I pick something up .... its high gain.

Just bought a G3.mcatano wrote:There's a lot of overlap between the two, having had both at the same time. I kept the G4 and passed on the G3 in the end - I liked having the chugga option around and the more traditional marshall-in-a-box thing wasn't as exciting to me. That said, I have a pal who swears by the G3 with the gain set at min as his preferred boost-with-grit. They both rule, they can kinda do the same thing to some degree, but at their extremes they're different. So I guess you should buy them all and get the green one too.
