This is coming at a perfect time, I have been slacking major on playing lately so stalking will get me into gear stores and get the juices flowing!

Hey, for all the first timers in the crew, lemme know if you need help or advice on getting started. Or hit up everyone if you can keep it sufficiently veiled.

A lot of times, you can find fuzz folk who will be happy to abet in your stalking. But direct, quality stalking will help you and your abettor come up with better ideas, so do your diligence there.

Awwwwwww yeah. I was feeling a bit intimidated for a minute but I think I've got the perfect pedal. Hopefully. Going out on experimental limb but I feel like my mark can do some creative things with it.

Now to just gather up a rad cajun care package to build around it.

Did a burst of pretty intense investigating on my mark, mulled things over for a couple days, pulled the trigger on a pedal today. Hopefully it's as on-point as I'm guessing.

Some secondary things already taken care of too!

First year doing this thing though I've done this sort of stuff with other "hobbies" and always love crushing a porch. I may seem hard to shop for since I have a massive collection of non-sense, but I really do enjoy pretty much anything that makes noise. The weirder and less traditional, the better. I'll clean up my list of what I've already got and post it since I'm not really a fan of doubles. My collection centers around weird and hard to get, but has gaping holes around the classics...probably because I'm a big fan of the hunt.

My wants are vast - so as a shopper it should be easy. If I were to run dream scenarios (and I don't expect anyone to be able to fulfill these since I'm always working on them):
- Dunwich DA-120 in a small enclosure, a Nihilist...or pretty much anything Dunwich → I know...I'm REALLY dreaming here
- Anything from Dwarfcraft that I don't have would make my day
- I also LOVE Montreal Assembly, Dirge, Lurch Audio, MAE, and have been curious about a bunch of the smaller builders (really want to try something from Bardic Audio Devices, Oneder and I'm loving the Golden Guillotine and thinking about the clubber lang and the goon fuzz from Oneder)
- I'd really like to try something from Electrofoods or even Electronic Audio Experiments and midfi too (though I'm getting an LSD1820 as soon as I can)
- Based on my likes, it is almost embarassing that I haven't tried anything from Death by Audio
- I love desktop synths and noisemakers
- I am not modular, I have sweared off modular, but I am modular curious. I was thinking to one day snag one of them moog units like the DFAM or Mother32 but have not made the plunge and not sure if/when I ever will

Used is more than cool...probably preferred since most of the stuff I like can't be found new, unless it can't be gotten used or you want to support a super rad builder. The new/used thing is up to you...but I will never be upset with used.

For t-shirts, I'm currently an XL, though I've recently started working hard to get back down to the L - but safest to go XL.

I do enjoy adult beverages of almost every kind, I also have been known to enjoy the reefer maddness...not into hot sauce, but sweets & coffee hell yes (though I need my coffee grounded up). I'm a bit of a picky eater in general, but the best guidance is nothing coconut. No allergies, just a weirdo. For music, I've become a digital man...I really have been enjoying exploring the weird and the wild and also the super heavy. I'll try to post more about what I've got, what I'm into, what's on my GAS list - etc...and I'll also try to slow down on ticking off the stuff from my GAS list. The one thing I'll likely get as soon as humanly possible is the LSD1820 Propaganda Machine from Midfi - I can't stop thinking about that thing - which should tell you a bit about what I dig.

When you finally get some free time and you get so far into the stalk they might as well call you Jack and name a fairy tale after you.

Received the first gift for my mark today! Also already have another item ordered and a couple things around here that I'm going to include. Just need to source a few local items and figure out what music to include and I'm done!
