I got a huge pile of TL072's and pots and jacks are cheap. I may try to make one some day

let us know how fun it is.
Edit: I guess you could use an 84 or a 324, and do all four channels off one chip.

Oh, just realized that this is what happened to the "thread of and for GAS."
Is there a word for the type of GAS where you buy something and then sell it and then buy it again? I've got my third go-round with the Twosome incoming today and the fact that I can't just be satisfied and stick with this incredibly solid, versatile pedal is starting to feel like a mental disorder.

yeah they kick ass and i hope they haven't killed it in favour of the new green RI because the extra bass-friendly tweaks make it a low end monster. good with guitar, too.

Just use euphemisms like 'you were finding yourself' or 'boys will be boys'. Works for everything.

My version of this is:
1) Buy gear because it's cheap and no one really likes/uses it, but it sounds good.
2) Sell gear because I can now afford the more expensive version of it.
3) Buy gear again, because I figured why am I playing the expensive one, when the cheaper version sounds just fine?
4) Sell gear again, because it's hyped all over the place now and worth 2-4 times what I paid for it.
5) Wish I still had that gear, because it sounded so good, but now it costs 5 times more than I originally paid for it and that doesn't seem worth it.
