I know.

"... rad metal pickguard, and a cool, not-cheap sounding tone - connossieurs of esoteric sounds/instruments, fans of getting roped into weird conversations with burnouts in Missoula, Montana, and beginners who already know squiers are for chumps take note."

Oh, and the best part is he only wants $75 for it.

Here's the full text:

"Selling a strange, slightly short scale japanese electric guitar from the sixties. The brand is a "Winston", which were manufactured apparently by Tiesco, Guyatone, and maybe a couple other companies based on my 20 second google search. This was what I played most often in the early 2000s. Feels good to play, nice sunburst, rad metal pickguard, and a cool, not-cheap sounding tone - connossieurs of esoteric sounds/instruments, fans of getting roped into weird conversations with burnouts in Missoula, Montana, and beginners who already know squiers are for chumps take note. This thing has a scratchy output jack (twenty minutes or twenty bucks should take care of it) otherwise it's in good shape.

"Winston" is the best name for a guitar.

DAMN YOU AUSTIN CL... I used to have one of these and sold it to a guy who said he would probably mod it... This might be my old one and I kinda want it back now...

For sale is a 2005 Squier 51 in the sunburst finish. $225 cash ($150 with stock pickups)

This guitar has been modified in the following ways:
Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates pickup in the bridge
GFS Fatbody Tele pickup in the neck
Wilkinson Cutaway Compensated Tele Bridge with Brass Saddles
Converted to string through body
Three-way mini toggle switch installed.
Upgraded to CTS tone and volume pots (USA)
Now has a volume and tone control (stock has no tone)
Bone nut

If you don't want the pickups I can drop the stock pickups back in.

Sonidero, I say go for it. They're great great guitars. Two of my buds have been using them onstage for years, one of those buds has modded his to hell and it sounds incredible. He will never buy another guitar, he loves his 51 so much.
