Is the internet ever safe for work? I've never understood the NSFW thing.
"My boss lets me dick around, but ONLY if boobs are not involved." WTF?

It has to do with the fact that if a woman coworker walks by my cube and sees naked or almost naked tits on my screen, I'm fucked. If they walk by and just see a bunch of text, then they keep walking and it's never even brought to my boss's attention.

ARRRRRRRRRRRRR I get it. I forget about the whole sexual harassment bullshit thing, since I worked construction for so many years, an industry that thrives upon caveman mentality. Including the chicks. Even the hot ones.
Now I'm in music and there are no females. Just a bunch of faggots.

I don't know if this is a Talkbass thing because of the general demographic there or what, but...
Do people really sell their instruments because they suffered a bit of damage and a piece of the finish is gone? I'm trying to rationalize it but that just seems really weird to me.

If anything, that's a better reason to keep it. But, maybe that's just me.

Hey man, if it gets me a rad deal on an instrument then more power to their desire for a flawless finish.

Let me ask this. Does anyone here actually like burl?
Can you tell me why.
Did you know that a burl is a ingrown limb and is all end grain? And has NO use outside of aesthetics.
