No shamisen. No lasers. Not for me at least anyway. Probably not this Drowning In Guitars built by Bilt either:

(A little too cray with the pickups to my taste.)

You ever played a bilt, Chankgeez?
They kinda seem like they try to add too much, like a kid's dream guitar when he first sees a hagstrom or jag or something haha. I dunno, I like tons of switches an all...then I realize I just use one setting an go haha. The bilts look nice though.

Yeah, proroby (who sadly doesn't post very often anymore) has a Bilt.
I liked it, but, yeah, not really my thing. They do look nice and sound pretty good too.
I'm a sucker for greenburst and I dig those off-center fret markers. So, the aesthetic's there.

The revelator LS is one of my dream guitars.

Do I get a bitquest/meteore/whatever other pedal I've been wanting lately or replace my synth so that my drone project can start again? I feel like the BQ would be really useful because I'm trying to keep my board reasonably small and useable for bass/vi/guitar/some synth and vocals.

Just get an oscillating fuzz and then run it through the bitquest. Won!

Here's a photo of Rob's Bilt (I don't know if he still has it or if he sold it):

Not a bad idea... I have a drone synth and a ton of other oscillating pedals, I mainly used the synth for melodic drones and really heavy bass notes. The bitquest would definitely help me make my board smaller too which I need to do.

New tremolo algorithm for the Neunaber stereo V2 pedals makes it (the Slate, specifically) a lot more appealing...

It looks really nice; really a pretty guitar...I'll play one someday I am sure...but probably sick with the SGV's

You got one? They seem to be the thing with the tgp pnw crowd, but I haven't heard many peeps about Neubauer around here in a long while. Cool, okay, meh?

Haven't gotten it yet, but seriosuly considering - perhaps in spite of the TGP love? I give zero fucks about the shimmer bullshit, but the normal verb algorithm sounds great and daddy likes a full wet mix (TWSS). Plus the control with the EXP makes it dang useful - having another delay (the Echelon) or a chorus around just for kicks never hurt. The tremolo might have pushed me over the edge...
