How do you like those 412L's? I had a pair of the 212L's (still have one) and when they get really loud especially with a lot of bass it sounds like the speakers are hitting the wood that overhangs a bit. I put some rope lights on the inside of my cabs but haven't really used them much in the 15 or so years I've had them...in fact I just gave one away to a guy I knew since I wasn't doing much with it. I'd probably sell/give away the other one too but it's got speakers in it now that belong to a friend of mine.

Here's the picture at a reasonable size so it's actually visible in ya browser.

But, louderthangod, I fucking love em. I've got one loaded with guitar speakers that I run a Peavey tube head through and the other with the original Sunn drivers that I run my Coliseum Bass through. I dig the way bass sounds through the Coli and a 412LH way way way more than using an Ampeg fridge. Originally picked up my Coliseum and the matching LH for $200, Whiskey swindled the cab outta me, sold it, and it came back for cheaper than it went thanks to an unfortunate meth problem for somebody. Never parting with it again. And I jumped at the idea of running two of those beasts.
Used both of em for a gig on the eleventh with a blackened crusty band I play in and had to load down stairs...wasn't particularly fun moving two of em on fucking stairs.

If I EVER saw this and Corey's Mr. Grumpy stack in the same room together, I'd need clean pants. Multiple pairs. With warning I'd ask for diapers. Holyfreakingbeautyamp.
