Are clip on tuners no bueno? Or are they FIRE, because fire means super neato?

I don't like clip on tuners very much, but I wanted 4 pedals on a small board so something had to be compromised.

I've never used a clip on tuner, but a lot of people seem to like them. I have a small board now (sold my PT-2 a few years ago) and I've been buying more non-dirt noise makey pedals. So I want to use some of those at the same time on my small board.

i just resign myself to having to leave space for a tuner on my board. or just playing with no tuner at all. we can compromise though. if you take your clip on tuner off your guitar's headstock when you're actually playing a song. i'll let it slide.

Can I leave my cell phone in a holster on my belt though?

I don't remember if I posted this here or not. Pitchfactor has a great tuner, by the way.
And I frequently use it as my 'effects loop' for drum-triggered-synth jams.

odd putting the loop after the flanger and reverb. seems like it'd have a messy jump.
but maybe that's intentional.
Messy jump?
I've just started using it and figured last would be better

Will have to try the other way round.

Invisible Man, did you do a full disassemble to strip the P-factor?
And yes it has a tuner that is very good.

Yes. It's easier than a lot of less complicated pedals, really. Backplate, five or six screws that mount the pcbs to the chassis, knobs. I've never gotten the Ct5 fully out of the box because of the way the LED's wired, but the Pitchfactor has come out of the shell many times.
