Sounds like a straight up SSR to me. The modes (toggle) sounds like two different filters. I could be wrong (wouldn't be the first time).

I'm hoping the Krush a bitcrusher. Given it was able to generate lo-fi, digitized distortion independent of an external gain source in one of the demos, it seems offer more than sample rate reduction.
[Edit] Here's a link to the product page:
http://www.hotoneaudio.com/products/sky ... y/107.htmlHotone claims it is both a bitcrusher and sample rate reducer. I plan to post a mini review, and may be able to fire one out as soon as tomorrow evening if there are no shipping delays.
The KRUSH is high up on my WANT list since I tried it at the Hotone booth at the Musikmesse Frankfurt last year. It is an awesome unit. It features bitcrushing, sample-reducing and a "radio" mode. Really a cool pedal, like all the Hotone models that I have had and tried so far.
And a few hours ago I bought a cheap Hotone EKO at eBay. Will pick it up in a few days.

I purchased a Krush from Amazon using revenue from items sold through Reverb. Most major music retailers have them in stock at this point. The price is almost half that of a Scrutator.

Ah, I see now. As for the "half the cost", it also has half the features...

USPS just delivered the el Cap I bought from PlasticPeople.
Excited to try it out when I get home. Wonder if it will knock the Black Fountain completely off my board.
