Awesome

You're in for a real treat. Hopefully you'll feel better soon and have some free time to lose with it. Post some clips if you can, really interested in hearing all the new upgrades he's done. Mine is still stock v1, but I'm interested in getting one of the newest versions perhaps. Be sure to try it out on EVERYthing too, voice and drums etc.

Man, you're gonna love it. i started messing around with it for the first stime during the last week and now i just can't wait to get home from work to discover something new. last saturday i played some vocal samples through it and i just couldn't stop turning knobs with the same sample going on for about half an hour.
(Also, nice pedals you got there, refreshing the entire board?)

will do for sure, actually this kind of drum/percussive stuff is something i'm really interested to but never had the chance to try.
Maybe it's time i go down the rabbit hole

Gijs Gieskes is awesome. Really nice guy too, I invited him to an event I organised in Paris once 7-8 years ago, we did a circuit bending workshop and performances/concerts in a cool art museum. That man is pure class and unfiltered genius.

Agree on Gieskes genius. I own a hss3i and it's the most enigmatic and versatile thing I've ever used.
