Just dropping in to say I put Heshers in my guit today, after months of having shit packed away and no guitar, I finally got to mess around with my Fuzz Throne, albeit at bedroom levels.
Nick, you done good. :thumb:

This is so damn great. Well done, pops!

Not really, I figured you were taking the piss.
I just didn't have a decent reply to being called a fudgepacker that was giving a plop by plop breakdown of my happenings in regards to turds.

If you wanna get all butthurt because you didn't get the reaction you were after then, by all means, feel free. :p

You're trying to con me into trading my Dunwich for one of your signature fuzzes, aren't you?
Look man, I appreciate someone that can pull off the hard sell, but, I'm pretty set over here.
Take your angry, door to door, merch shilling techniques elsewhere, sir.
They are surplus to requirement here.

Just got word that we're opening for Otep.

Weird.

Otep is still around?

That's wild.

Yeah, they have a new album out. I forgot all about them until I saw where they were coming through. Got an email yesterday confirming that we're opening for Mac Sabbath in october. I'm not sure which band sucks more, Otep or them.

Mac Sabbath is gimmicky as fuck, sure, but I'll take them anyday over whatever Otep is. Plus, at least with them you know you'll play to a crowd, and quite possibly a lot of 'em will have never heard y'all before.

About a decade ago, my old death metal band opened for Michale Graves (yuck, yes, I know). We sold so much fucking merch that night that we couldn't even be mad when he played a bunch of acoustic songs while eyeliner-wearing youngsters swayed along in time. We at the shit outta some Taco Bell that night to celebrate.

That's funny, we opened for Michael Graves on that same tour at the theater in my hometown. About 500 people there that had no idea that there was a heavy band from here. Sold every one of our t shirts snd cds.

I'm happy to play a show with either of them. I might not care for the music but the press and exposure is something I wouldn't turn down at all.

EDIT:

Why is it so goddamn hard to get in touch with Hex cabs?

I had not heard of Mac Sabbath. That's a thing. I don't think I like them as much on first blush as Dread Zeppelin.

Saw Primitive Man and Of Feather and Bone last night. Whatever's going on in Denver seems to be a very rad thing.

Oh hell yes! Some of my favorite people. Glad you got to see 'em -- both bands absolutely decimate live (and on record). :thumb:
