Neurosis just finished recording with Albini so that should be out soon but they seem pretty happy to only play a handful of dates a year and this year they ramped it up for the 30th anniversary. I think the hopeful thing about Sleep is they rented a room just for Sleep. A few years back before they announced their first reunion I remember hearing Dopesmoker echoing down the hall coming out of the HoF room and I felt like a little kid at Disneyland for the first time plus I saw Greg from Earhammer studio with Matt so maybe they're recording demos, I don't really know. I've never heard them jam before when they didn't have Sleep gigs. Either way, my life is a slightly happier place hearing Al showing Matt and Jason new riffs in the room next to me.
“I'm not an abstractionist. I'm not interested in the relationship of color or form or anything else. I'm interested only in expressing basic human emotions: tragedy, ecstasy, doom, and so on.”

Yeah I mean I kind of sort of worship the ground those guys walk on so yeah the idea is almost too fucking good for me to come to terms with in any aspect beyond "don't get too excited"
good deals are here.

Barely. Mauler's work has really picked up a ton, and I started picking up a few side lawnscaping jobs that I didn't really want but took them cause they are the VP's of my regular 40 job. So i couldn't really tell em no. So I'm doing their large amounts of shit and mauler's shit and what bit of time I had for recording is now devoted to finishing drum recording sessions.

Anyone looking for an SG? Got one in the bst that I need to sell to fund some materials for soundproofing my new home studio. I'll give my Doom Room duders a deal.

I gotta little while before mine lands down here but I am counting down the days.

Moving today and everything has already gone balls to the wall wrong as it can get.
I'm now having my first coffee and trying hard not to give a fuck when all I want to do is throw cars at mother fuckers.
