And that's because.
Drumroll.
It's an Electra guitar.
Shocking.

I had one that was godawful off white. I bought it for 80 bucks used at a music store. The original owner tracked me down about a decade later and asked to buy it back. I sold it for 100 bucks.
here's one for sale.

Haha, I did a quick search for "Electra" and all I found was a different, boutique brand that looked nothing like it.
Need to up my google game.

They're kind of an oddball Japanese brand from the 70's and 80's, I think.

Damn, thanks guys. That is a lot better of a picture. I love darkspace. I know the bassist uses BC Rich always and the other guitarist sometimes.

I wish Monson had a more similar model. I really dig that body.

Got a Darkspace/Paysage D'hiver influenced project in the works with the intent to go live after recording this winter.

It's a westone. Pretty sure a friend had one just like it in the late 90's.
Starting to book tour dates. Does anyone here got a hookup in Richmond, VA for shows?

The speaker may get swapped out for a V30 Nick offered to hook me up with, I've yet to test it out and see how I like it stock. Will definitely be making clips soon.

Snazzy. How is the headroom?

Great, it stays pretty clean with plenty of volume even in the lower power mode. Just trying to find the right speaker for the cab now, I sold off the stock one today.
