It's ok I understand.
I just want another one in my life again.
So I can feel like a real boy, once more.

breakfast is important but I think it also is if you aren't hungry don't bother eating. but then again it could be part reason to some of those issues you are having.
I normally have a glass of milk and protein cause I'm going directly to the gym in the morning. Sometimes I'll have another snack mid morning cause I'm hungry. and if I'm hungry I'm just going to eat something even if it's something small. Though on sat's I don't eat anything till probably late lunch but I think that's cause I go out every friday and eat well and I spend my morning cutting grass and recording music.

My job is fairly physically demanding and mentally draining.
I hate mornings and eating early usually makes me feel nauseous, but if I don't have something I'm fucked.

I always eat breakfast.
Last couple of days it's been an omelet with some mushrooms and cheddar. Shit is so easy to make, y'all. If you're brewing coffee and home then you can probably make an omelet in the time it takes to brew your Folgers.
Most days it's two fried eggs on one slice of toast. It probably takes 7 minutes to cook. My stove top always has a been ready for eggs, basically. My wife and I both eat breakfast (at separate times) so there's always a pan for that. Fried eggs, omelets, whatever the fuck you want.
When I get fancy maybe there's some avocado. Sometimes some sort of breakfast meat but that's usually reserved for days off or days that I go in late. On days off I sometimes skip lunch.

I don't even get that time to cook, not that I would. basically my morning is this- wake up at 5:02 pet cat 1 for roughly 10mins. go take a leak, make shake & drink. let in cat 2 and play on the floor with him for 10mins. dress and leave by 5:35 so I can be at the gym by at least 6 but I try to be there at 5:50 so i can get a full hour workout.

I have the worst diet ever. Im literally powered by tacos, beer at home and, redbull, and water while im at work. My job is 50% physical 50% mental. I shovel for roughly 3 hours a night in random intervals, while running the plant and metal fabbing. If I ate better I could probably slim down to 175 pounds easy.

Try the EMS diet. Never getting to eat and when you do its usually a quick something from a gas station or vending machine. Luckily I can find Kind bars and granola at most of the gas stations around here so at least I'm eating somewhat healthy.

Im developing a dadbod...was gonna start exercising then i tore some shit in my foot...planta facia or some shit...now it hurts to walk...i asked the doctor about a remedy, and his response was...there is none, it might take 6 months to heal...so my road to dadbod has been accelerated greatly

Dad bod is passe, I've been rocking a grandma bod since the 90's. It's the "eat your feelings" diet. Every once in a while I lose 50-100+ lbs and start over, just to give myself a challenge.

I tore mine tracking a big ass boar through a creek bed while hunting last year and my foot still hurts. Some days its ok and you wouldn't notice a limp but i still wake up with it hurting every day pretty much. My doctor gave me a boot to sleep in but I threw it away because it didn't work. He also wrote me a prescription for weekly massages which was awesome. I also roll my foot over a baseball and it seems to help the most. I can go running now and it doesn't bother me until I wake up the next morning and stand up.

my job is probably 60-70% physical and the rest mental. Most of the mental is figuring out schedueling for stuff I need to build with, what I need to build and how to do it in code.
No major injuries or anything like that. I'm pretty difficult to damage, I've been hit by a truck and still didn't go to the hospital. So nothing really holds me back physically like that. My feet do hurt sometimes but it was better when I got some inserts for my boots. and my wrist constantly hurts where I need to stretch or pop my knuckles for relief. That mainly flairs up while using the mouse and the computer. everything else you would think that would aggrivate it like playing drums or guitar makes it feel better. Though it does affect my grip when lifting weights. after a certain point my grip pretty much weakens to where I will drop the weight if I don't put it down. and right now my right shoulder right in my back really has been feeling like shit, like it's being compressed so I actually pop it and it feels better for awhile.
