AxAxSxS wrote:sounds like a short or connection fail. I'd open it up, flow any soldered joins and clean and tighten any connections that are male/female. If it does it after that, problems.
And test with different cables and guitar.
thanks Axx...ill have a look on the weekend and see what i find...

Thanks Sam, it's loaded with Warehouse speakers. It has 4 of the ET65's and 2 of the ET90's. I'm just about to fire it up and start testing it out.

Sunn Concert Bass or Ampeg V4-B to pair with an Orange OR-80 Overdrive? I bought the Sunn but now someone's offering me the Ampeg and I don't need both... will be pushing a Peavey 4x12 bass cab...

Just finished testing out Mr. Grumpy into the Atlas. My head feels like it's imploding a bit. I will post a Youtube video of it a little later, when I'm at home where I have decent wifi. Here's a rig pic though...

Thanks dude...and I could add several more cabs if I want. Amp goes down to 2 ohm, the 612 is 8 ohm. I still want to make a 4x12 eventually, if I ever get enough spare time in the shop.

My boyfriend and I are both bassists and we're heading to Florida for vacation next week.
We'll be in Boca and Orlando.
Obviously we're going to Bass Central
Any other music stores you recommend?

Mr. Grumpy guitar demo video, enjoy. Proper demo clips are a couple weeks out, due to social (read: baby) obligations.

That rig looks sweet. Don't have speakers on this computer but I'm sure it will kick some serious ass.
