Parker - If it were me, I'd make what I felt was a reasonable offer, and if it's less than he's looking for see if you can work out a payment arrangement. Like you said, you don't want it to get away, and I bet he'd work with you so that you can give the amp a good home.

Offer up what you can come up with. $600 seems reasonable to me but if he wants a little more just let him know that this is all you got at the moment and see if he'll let you do a payment plan for the rest (assuming he doesn't want way more than what you feel comfortable playing for one). JMP / V4 dual rig would be pretty fucking huge.

I took a quick video of Mr. Grumpy dislodging the grill on my Ampeg, wasn't quite as explosive as the last time. I can't upload it though, every time I try it gets all goofed up. I downloaded a free app for video to edit, it's just terrible and messing it all up.
