Some band names I've seriously considered using, but never got around to:

Courtesy Flush
Car door meat slam (about a time when I almost got my junk shut in a car door :eek: )
Bag of Dix
Sputum (used it, actually. Death-grind-stupid-core!)
My Fist Your Face
Bleeding Urethra
Anything to do with a taco shop

I've just been taking common 3-word phrases and changing the last word to something really ridiculous

Rock, Paper, Meercat!
Ready, Set, Omnibus!
Lights, Camera, Buttsex!
BOOM-SHAKALAKALAKA-BOOM-SHAKALAKUNGA

It would be a really cool count in for a Doom Metal concert if someone went to the mic and said "ready, set - slow!" before you start sludging away.
