but yea it does seem to happen a lot.
The fuzzes seem fine.

I might just see if I can get it fixed and then throw it at reverb afterwards.
HAVING SAID THAT: The DD-500 can get hella glitchy in places, in some setting of the pattern delay move it essentially becomes a semi random glitch behind your playing.
I just wish the feedback would go way higher than it does.

god DAMNIT. i just got my little music yarea all setup so it has what i need and doesn't annoy my grrL (space is at such a premium in our place and all) -
- and was putting the Drone Commander out so i can actually USE the lovely little beast. and it fucking doesn't turn on. tried 4 different 9 volts.
emailed them, but their site says they don't make DC's any more. ugh.

I just saw on their fb page that they are in the process of coming our with a second version of the drone commander. With that in mind, I'm sure they can still service yours. However, I doubt your issue is too difficult/serious to fix unless it was badly mistreated.

BUT WILL YOU LOOK AT THIS
It's planned to be a Eurorack module before being a stand alone box.
This might actually get me into Eurorack.

An electronic prototyping breadboard. My own fuzz pedal designs are just around the corner. A long way around. Just need to learn how to use it now
