It's a small nuisance. It's actually pretty awesome 95 times out of 100. I don't have to worry about thin walls and listening to neighbors/vice versa. When something breaks I don't have to deal with a shitty land lord. It might suck to pay for it to be fixed (or fixing it ourselves) but it beats fighting the landlord over who is responsible.
